Avalon Dairy
has been operated continuously by the same family since
1906. Avalon is recognized as being the #1 premier independent
dairy in Canada. They were the first dairy processor to recognize
the benefits of organic production when they developed the first
organic dairy farm operation in 1980. As well as organic they
produce a complete line of conventional products. Avalon has
recently introduced ‘Traceable Format Milk Production’. Avalon can
now track exactly from which dairy farm raw
product was produced. This is once again an industry first.

Sundance Seafoods
Sundance
Seafood (Westcoast Select) has been a passionately run family business
for over 30 years. Sundance is the largest Wild Salmon processor in
British Columbia. Besides whole and fillet production they’re also
the #1 speciality processor of an incredible product line (see
brochures). Westcoast Select produces over 600,000 pounds of smoked
and lox product per annum. From there state of the art 10,000
square metre facility in Metro Vancouver they produce and
process a wide range of Wild Salmon products. This includes
seasonally fresh Wild Salmon whole or filleted. Out of season all
whole and filleted products are available as well due to a flash
frozen process which provides an extremely well preserved
product. All filleting is done by hand. This is the only way to
secure a perfect product every time. Sundance as well processes for
the largest independent Atlantic Salmon Farming operations in
British Columbia. Farmed product is available 3 times a week and
can be at destination within 60 hrs of processing. Sundance is CNCA
import approved.
